Role Overview:

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Intern/ Junior Social Media Manager to join our awesome team. If you love crafting engaging social media content that captures attention, engages audiences, and drives brand growth (sometimes even touching the soul of the target audience using data and thorough research), this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Collaborate with the creative team and the clients to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns.

Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.

Schedule approved posts, stories, and other content.

Conduct research to understand client industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using available analytics tools to inform future strategies.

Keep the client’s credentials safe.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Serbian.

Strong attention to detail and ability to respect deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and digital marketing.

A basic understanding of social media marketing principles is a plus.

Basic video editing skills in apps like CapCut are also a plus.

Previous experience in social media management or a related field is optional but not mandatory.
